Maksim Vostrikov
Finance Director, FES UKR LLC
From classic standard view as for the achievements description Maksim should indicate rather technical achievements like:

- Full monthly reporting cut-off date reduction from 12th day to the 5th day and 3d working day P&L closing

- Successful passing of internal, external and tax audits (BDO, Ernst and Young, Yang Lee etc).

However I consider that standard classis achievements like organization of reporting system or internal control system are important, but they should be complimentary to the achievements related to development of communication culture, development of the team and changing the organizational behavior in the way that allows:

- To shift control from the manager to the employee – means to replace boss's control by self-control.

- To inspire people to make actions and teach how not be afraid of doing mistakes.

- To engage people to the team work

- To make people proud of team and company performance and feel that it is strictly connected to their personal performance.
