Natalia Yeremeyeva
Founder and CEO, Stekloplast
Natalia Yeremeyeva is the founder and CEO of Stekloplast (engineering and production of translucent structures). Mrs Yeremeyeva set up her company in 1997 as a small regional factory for the manufacture of metal-plastic windows (2 windows per day). Today, Natalia along with her husband (a business partner) runs the company, which includes a modern plant (with an industrial capacity of 1800 designs per day) and a developed distribution network. Stekloplast offers consumers a wide portfolio of translucent structures, as well as engineering services, including glazing of structurally complex facades. 10% of the products are exported to Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Australia. The company has created 600 job opportunities for Ukrainians. In the portfolio there are more than 300 construction sites, among others - Central Department, Kiev (dome), Lavina Mall (Atrium), Pushkin Mall, Donetsk (facade), CDC Menorah, Dnepr (facade).

In 2013, Natalia Yeremeyeva became one of the organizers of the Association of Window and Facade Market Participants. The main goal of the association is the development of the market of translucent structures in Ukraine. This is a Formation for all participants- consumers, producers, sellers, a system of transparent rules of interaction.

In 2016, Mrs. Yeremeyeva became one of the initiators of the creation of the Union of Ukrainian Entrepreneurs (PMU) and became a member of the Board of Directors of the Union. SUP is a public organization that protects the interests of small and medium-sized businesses in the country.

In addition, Natalia is a member of the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs, the Association of Owners of Family Businesses FBN, CEO Club Ukraine, Ukrainian Building Community, Associations "Aspen Ukraine", Speaker kmbs. In 2017 according to the New Time she entered the TOP-100 of successful women of Ukraine .

Natalia pursued two higher educations at the National Mining Academy of Ukraine - engineering and economics. In 2013 she graduated from President's MBA-7 in Kyiv-Mohyla business school. She lives in Dnipro. She is married and brings up three sons of 20, 11, 5 years.

Aleksandr Kucherenko
HR Director, DTEK
In 1992, he graduated from the Cherkasy State Pedagogical Institute majoring in Russian Language and Literature and, in 1995, obtained his Master's Degree in Public Administration from the Institute of Public Administration and Self-Governance at the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine. In 1991–1996, Mr Kucherenko took the Economy and Sociology course at the University of Manchester (the United Kingdom). Later he completed a PG course at the Academy for Public Administration under the Administration of the President of Ukraine, and in 2001, he defended his thesis on 'Public Administration'.

In 1997-2001, Aleksandr Kucherenko worked as a regional sales manager and later as a national training coach at UNILEVER. In 2001, he joined INBEV, where he rose from a national coach to the Training and Development Director for the Eastern European Region. In 2006-2009, he held the position of the Director of Training and Development Department at Raiffeisen Bank Aval, being responsible for the bank personnel's training and development.

Mr Kucherenko joined DTEK in May 2009 as a Deputy HR Director and later was appointed the Acting HR Director. In May 2011, Mr Kucherenko was appointed the Head of DTEK's HR Division. Since August 2014, he is responsible for HR management at DTEK.

In 2013 and 2014, he topped the rating of the best HR managers of Ukraine according to Investgazeta and delo.ua.

Tatyana Zhaivoronok

Since December 2011 Olesya Kirilchuk has been cooperating with EPAM, the largest company working on the market of solutions for custom software development in Ukraine, as HR director. Elena Zabrodskaya

Elena has more than 12 years of experience in the HR sphere. Before that, she worked in the financial sector for more than 5 years. Also Elena is a member of the bank HR-club, which was created with assistance from HAY group, as well as a member of the HR club, organized by Ernst & Young.

Katerina Gubareva

Katerina Gubareva, SHRM certified as Senior HR Professional (SHRM-SCP), graduated from the Krivoy Rog State Pedagogical Institute, as well as finished a leadership program at Harvard Business School.

She worked In HR sphere since 2003, the last 10 years - in the IT field. In 2010, joined Ciklum IT as a regional director. In 2012, she began her career as a director of the Odessa branch of Luxoft, a company, which is in the top 5 IT companies in Ukraine. At the end of 2013, she became HR Director in this company for Ukraine.

Since November 2014 Katerina is Global HR Director and she is responsible for all the markets in which the company is represented (13,000 people). Katerina is responsible for HR direction in 22 countries all over the world (Europe, America, Asia). Her responsibilities include: HR Operations, HR CoE, HR Project office, People Analytics.
Svitlana Nemyria

Svetlana has been working in HR consulting for more than 20 years. During this time, she conducted about 200 trainings, 400 hours of face-to-face meetings, 500 personnel assessment projects and developed more than 20 competence models. Mainly clients are international companies from completely different spheres of business: agro-industry, banks, IT, FMCG, automobile industry, pharmaceutical, telecommunications, construction and many others.

Since 2016 Svetlana held the position of the CEO, successfully applying the consulting experience of personnel management in practice.

In December 2016 was elected to the Board of HR Committee of the European Business Association. At the initiative of the committee Svetlana visits were organized in Coca Cola, 1 + 1, Vodafone, as well as launched a new T & D platform.

Nataliia Khvostova

Alyona Palchenko

During 14 years in HR, Alyona has done a lot: she worked for large companies, as a consultant, for young Ukrainian business and for mature international corporations. She has gained strong experience in all HR fields: from attracting of young people to succession planning, from staff evaluation to inclusion initiatives. Olena Kharytonova

Represents the Ukrainian academic sector. Has 15 years of experience in training law specialists in one of the flagships of Ukrainian law education - Yaroslav Mudryi National Law University (Kharkov), where she received the Ph.D. in Juridical Sciences and holds the position of Associate Professor of the Criminal Law Department. Olena specializes in the study of the science-research problems of criminal law. She developed and successfully implemented to the academic process of the university the course "Criminal Law Issues in the Practice of the European Court of Human Rights." She is a certified participant: of educational course "Tolerance in Transitive Societies: Legal Aspects", conducted by the National Academy of Legal Sciences of Ukraine with the support of the Black Sea Trust for Regional Cooperation and Robert Bosch Stiftung (2016); Methodological School "Teaching the European Convention on Human Rights and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights" of the OSCE Project Co-ordinator in Ukraine (2017). She passed a scientific and pedagogical training at the Pan-European University "Innovative educational technologies: the experience of the European Union and its implementation in the training of lawyers" (2016). Mikhail Zavylov has 20+ years of experience in personnel management in different industries and on the different positions.

Worked in the personnel management in Procter & Gamble (1997-2001), where he was responsible for the direction of organizational development, policy development and procedures, as the HR manager of a multifunctional team (for example, the development of a network of distributors).

In 2001-2002, He was HR Director for Wimm-Bill-Dann Ukraine, developing and implementing new HR initiatives in factories.

From 2002 to 2012 he worked in Metro Cash & Carry Ukraine, where he moved from HR manager to HR Director. Thanks to the successful work of Mikhail's team, the company twice won the Best Retailer in the category of retail trade in 2006 and 2007.

Also some period of time, Mikhail headed the department of personnel management in Microsoft Ukraine.

Mikhail entered the Top 50 best HR Directors of Ukraine in 2013, and in 2014 - in the Top 5 best HR Directors of Ukraine according to the rating of delo.ua and other economic publications.
